Do you offer returns/exchanges?

We do not accept returns or exchanges on our Wave Boxes as they contain personal care goods, however, if there is a problem with your order on arrival, you can contact us at hello@offdae.com so we can help you resolve the issue. 

We advise you to ask any questions you may have before making your purchase at hello@offdae.com and if in doubt when ordering a gift, suggest purchasing an Offdae gift card.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

What is your shipping policy?

Once dispatched, orders are send via Royal Mail Tracked 24. You will be provided with tracking information but no signature is required.

What is a pre-order?

As Offdae is a small business, some products can only be purchased as a pre-order. This means we post our orders out in batches, rather than as soon as the order has been placed. You can see your pre-order shipping date on the product page and at checkout. If you require your items sooner than the given pre-order date, please email hello@offdae.com with your request and we will do our best to accommodate.

What if my order arrives damaged?

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

How long do refunds take?

If we have issued you a refund, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
